Renalda is our General Manager. She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration & Organizational behavior. She is PMI certified; she also holds a certification in Senior Leadership Program from IMD

Jihane Moubarak

Jihane is our Business Development Manager. She has more than 12 years of experience in HR management. She holds a certificate in Leadership Development from (LMI) and a master practitioner in (NLP).

Lama Nahra

Lama is our Sales coordinator. She holds a BSC degree in communication from NDU. Lama is an expert in communication, services & network building.

Nawal Msallem

Nawal is our HR coordinator. She is expert in personnel administration and in project management. She has good knowledge of legal requirement related to pay and benefits. She is skillful in the areas of Management by objectives.

Elise Giles is the regional manager of ODCC USA. Her background includes five years of cross-departmental business experience in corporate and non-profit sectors. She has dual degrees in business and psychology and has a passion for unlocking human potential and streamlining business processes to maximize efficiency.

Khatchig Keropian

Khatchig Keropian is the regional manager of ODCC USA. His background includes 9 years of cross-departmental business experience in corporate and non-profit sectors. He has his Master’s degree in leadership and has a passion for coaching leaders and effectively implementing changes in an organizational culture.
